New equipment installed at the DAF engine plant in Eindhoven has enhanced the OEM’s production capabilities. An area of almost 7,500m2 (24,600ft2) has been freed up, making room for more than 43 ultra-modern machines and 10 state-of-the-art robots, which enable the company to manufacture cylinder blocks and cylinder heads for its popular Paccar MX-11 engines, at the facility.
