Tridon’s wide-ranging line up of non-perforated embossed clamps were on display at the 2016 Engine Expo.
Based on Tridon’s popular worm gear clamps, the non-perforated range has been engineered to prevent hose damage during installation. The non-perforated band keeps soft silicone hoses from shearing or extruding during installation and final torquing, maintaining the integrity of the connection, and providing a more stable seal.
Plus, IDEAL-TRIDON Non-Perforated clamps are available in several material configurations for various industrial applications. Tridon states that the new clamps act and perform just like traditional worm gear clamps, fitting into restricted spaces and holding tightly over time.
Available in both 9mm, and 12mm fitments, the band clamps are available in material configurations from W2 for average requirements to W5 for critical environments, there is an option for most automotive, marine, and industrial applications.
