Aluminium foundry operator and supplier Fonderie Alluminio Tazzari is showcasing its extensive range of aluminium gravity sand-casted and die-casted components at the 2017 Engine Expo.
The company are speciallsts in mechanical component production and third party finished machines. It’s Imola-based Fomet brand is one of the top Italian greensand and resin aluminium alloy foundries. Fomet creates aluminium gravity sand castings for powertrain technologies, with an internal core workshop with two automatic lines in addition to its sand-resin plant.
The Shell Casting brand is the group’s aluminium gravity and low pressure die casting foundry. With its automotive and motorcycle components production representing 65% of total its output, the plant operates with several automatic and robotized lines. This technologically advanced foundry produces aluminium alloy chilled castings using gravity die-casting with latest-generation automatic pouring equipment.
Tazzari Group’s products are Italian-made advanced technology, that are adaptable and customizable for client’s requests, securing the company’s position as supplier to a number of the main automotive and motorcycle brands.
