Having an array of secondary operations and cost-saving initiatives, AJ Rose offers years of expertise and success to our customers. Other operations we perform in-house include production assembly, machining, deburr, laser etching, spinning, heat flattening, MIG welding, and projection welding. We design progressive transfer (or hybrid) dies built in-house. We work with a variety of metals including hot rolled, cold rolled, HSLA, stainless, aluminum, copper, and Inconel, with a range between .75mm and 8mm thick. AJ Rose is set up for medium-to-high volume with no capacity constraints.
